Please message us via our Contact Form and include your order number to begin the return process. Be sure to include your name and reason for the return as well.
Once you have contacted us about a return and we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please be patient with this process.
Shipping a Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please message us via our Contact Form if you have any questions on how to return your item to us. If your item is defective, we will cover the cost of shipping back to us and replace the item free of charge. Please message us via our Contact Form and include your order number to begin the process. Be sure to include your name and description of the defective product as well.
Exchanges and Order Cancellations

If you would like a different nail polish color instead of the one you purchased, you may exchange the product within thirty days from the date of shipment. Please fill out our Contact Form with your name, order number, the nail polish color you would like to exchange, and the new nail polish color you would like.
If you would like to cancel your order, you may message us using the Contact Form on our website. Please include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Orders may not be cancelled once they are already completed and being shipped or have been delivered.
