This nude color was inspired by the sandy capital of Iraq, Baghdad. Once known as the world’s “centre of learning” and the largest city of the Middle Ages, the city was significantly destroyed by the Mongols in the 13th century and then again by the 2003 Invasion of Iraq. Though many of the cultural and historical pieces of the city are gone, there are still some that stand today, like the Al-Khulafa Mosque. This 10th century mosque dates back to the abbasid era and its sand-toned architecture is the main inspiration for the color.

Baghdad is best described as a sandy beige nude, opaque in just one coat.

Love the color and the durability of the nail polish! Been wearing it for 3 days and hasn’t chipped at all! For someone who has darker hands and pinks just never looked good, this is the perfect neutral shade in beige!!!

Absolutely, love it! Got the color Baghdad. Fast drying! No one has time to sit and wait for their nails to dry. I haven’t worn nail polish in ages because nail polishes like orly breathable take forever to dry and not sure if they’re water permeable (wadu friendly). I have 2 thin coats on in this pic. I did a few more on my toe nails and it was gorgeous and smooth. The color as they describe it is a sandy nude, which explains the tiny flecks like color. Earlier, I thought it was because I didn’t shake the bottle but it’s just the color of sand! I’ll be getting more colors for sure! So excited!

I was looking for a beige/nude color and was so excited to see this option! The color is so pretty and goes well with tan skin. It’s very pigmented and dries quickly. Will reorder as soon as I’m out of this color.
